Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1885\" data-end=\"2104\">\n<li>Cancellation before start: the deposit is non-refundable. If the full amount has been paid, we refund the paid amount minus the deposit.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation after project start: the deposit is non-refundable. If the work performed exceeds the deposit amount, the client must additionally pay for the value of the work completed up to that point and any non-recoverable expenses (licenses, domains, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Upon delivery\/completion: amounts are non-refundable, except in cases of proven failure by the provider to meet the agreed specifications and refusal to correct within a reasonable timeframe.<\/li>\n<li>All refunds (when due) are made via the original payment method within 7 business days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2106\" data-end=\"2134\"><strong data-start=\"2106\" data-end=\"2132\">8.
