Two audiences.
One organised website.
Guests are looking for a suitable apartment for their stay. Owners want to understand how ApartMAX can manage their property. The website needs to give both a clear path.
We organised the content around choosing an apartment, accessing reservations and a separate introduction to the service for owners. Actual photographs and practical information help visitors decide on their next step.

For the guest: Guests can compare the key differences between properties and explore the details of their chosen apartment.

The embedded Exely module brings check-in, check-out and guest selection into the website itself. It is available on the homepage and Book page, alongside the detailed apartment listings.
For the guest: Guests can start the booking process on the ApartMAX website by choosing dates and the number of guests.

Owners have their own path.
The For Owners page presents property management separately from accommodation. The service is organised into strategic planning, day-to-day management and property care, with an invitation to book a consultation.
For the owner: Owners can understand what the service includes and how to discuss their property with ApartMAX.
