Refund and Return Policy
This Refund and Return Policy describes the conditions under which Design Crafter provides the possibility for refunds or service cancellations.
1. Refunds
Due to the nature of the digital services provided (website development, design, SEO optimization, etc.), we do not offer refunds after work on the project has begun, unless otherwise agreed. The paid deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Possible Cases for Refunds:
- If the project has not started and the client requests cancellation, we refund the paid amount minus the deposit (the deposit remains to cover preparation and reserved capacity).
- In case of technical impossibility on our part to perform the service, we refund the full amount, including the deposit.
- If the client has paid the full amount and requests cancellation before the project starts, we refund the paid amount minus the deposit.
- After work has begun: refunds are only provided if the amount paid exceeds the value of the work already completed and any non-recoverable expenses; the deposit is non-refundable.
All refunds (when due) are made via the original payment method within 7 business days.
3. Service Cancellation
Clients may request contract termination at any time. The paid deposit is non-refundable. If the work performed exceeds the deposit amount, the client must additionally pay for the value of the work completed up to that point and any non-recoverable expenses.
In the case of a subscription service (maintenance, SEO, etc.), the client may terminate the subscription with 30 days' notice; already prepaid periods are non-refundable.
4. Complaints
If the client is not satisfied with the service provided, we commit to:
- Make corrections within the agreed-upon terms.
- Offer an alternative solution that satisfies both parties.
